Casual (Zero Hours) Lettings Assistant
Overview
We are seeking to recruit a reliable, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lettings Assistant on a casual (zero-hours) basis. This role supports the smooth running of our school’s lettings programme outside of normal school hours, including evenings and weekends.

- The ability to work independently and respond to issues calmly and effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional short-notice shifts

Key responsibilities will include:
- Opening and securing the school premises for external lettings
- Setting up and clearing away facilities and equipment as required
- Acting as the first point of contact for hirers, providing a welcoming and professional service
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Reporting any maintenance or safeguarding concerns promptly
