Exam Certificates

When can I collect my exam certificates?

A Level / BTEC’s– 6th Form certification evening in the January after the Summer that you have taken your exams.

GCSE / BTEC’s – Presentation evening, normally held in the November after the Summer that you have taken your exams.

We would remind students to complete our keeping in contact / destinations form using the link that has been  sent to you. This way we can ensure we hold the necessary information for students when we wish to contact you for your exam certificates.

Highams Park School is only obliged to keep your exam certificates for a period of one year after issue.

If you do not collect your certificates within this time they will be destroyed and can only be replaced by direct application to the appropriate examination boards. This will require proof of identity (such as a birth certificate) and a substantial fee per examination board. This could amount to over £200 and can take a while to reproduce.

Students need to collect their certificates in person and will need personal identification, such as passport, driving licence etc and will need to complete this form.

Unable to collect your certificates in person? If the student is unable to collect these in person, they can use this form to authorise someone else to collect them on their behalf.  The representative would also need to bring some form of their own identification.
